Yes.
I’m just pointing out it is strange that things like the census designation include MO with a couple states it has zero in common with.

Wisconsin is fine as a "relax" vacation destination. You aren't going to do a whole lot, there isn't a tremendous amount of stuff to see, and people tend to be middle class so everything is nice, maybe not fantastic, but nice.
Dull. But relaxing.

I guess it is all relative because high season up in Door country is a whole lot of fun. That area has great restaurants and plenty of outdoorsy things to do both on and off water.
The state in general has an almost New England like fell in the summer and fall.
We had family from a small town near Madison and would drive up and around all the small towns, hike in the various parks, hunt, and fish and we came to just love the state.
Mizzou has a sort of flat, dull, waterless outside the Mississippi blandness compared to Wisconsin.

I have visited that area ("Come to Wisconsin and smell our dairy air") and it was a bit slow. That, however, was when I was in my early 20s. Now it sounds a lot more appealing. If I'm on vacation I want something I can take at my own pace.
The food in Wisconsin is way under rated and frankly blows Illinois out of the water. Sort of the best of Germany, Poland, and the Nordic countries adapted to American preferences.
I wouldn't want to live in Wisconsin over the winter (thank you but no) but in the summer I'd rather go there than sweat my balls off while stuck in bumper to bumper traffic in Florida.

Doesn't change the fact that Mizzou doesn't belong in the SEC.

Are you really so obtuse and dense that you’re arguing that Oklahoma and Arkansas are more Deep South than Georgia? By that logic, Southern California is more “Southern” than Kentucky.
Is it possible that the term Southern (as well as “Deep South”, “Old South”, “Upper South”, etc.) is defined by culture, history, and topography more so than mere physical geography?
Have you graduated middle school?

I suspect he is commenting geographically while you are commenting culturally.
