Do you say coke, pop, or soda?
I say coke - diet coke, actually, because that's what I drink.

Nice
You need to inform your fellow Zou folk that pop isn't welcome around these parts

Blizzard of 1993
My family was up at our river cabin near Cleveland, TN (about an hour past Chattanooga). We had my family (parents, two three year old boys, and a six year old girl), my grandmother, my aunt, and two cousins (four year old boy and seven year old girl), along with our dog.
We got about four feet of snow and got snowed in. My parents and neighbors had to chainsaw through 75 pine trees to clear the road. Luckily we had a wood burning stove and tons of canned food. My parents said if we woulda been stuck a few more days they would have started to get worried.
We only had one four wheel drive car. We had to pack everyone in it and drive back to Chattanooga. Left my grandmothers car at the cabin.
It was in early/mid March as well. I think a few weeks ago was the 20 year anniversary.

I don't know anyone who says pop. I hear soda around here, but not pop. My cousins in Michigan say pop.

I think pop and soda(unless you are talking about a specific type of soda, like grape or cherry soda)sound weird
I call it whatever it is usually. I admit i do say "coke" if im at a restaurant and want a soft drink, but i actually mean coca cola and not root beer or dr pepper when i say it

CSBroette coming...
When I was a trainer we had a few guys on the team that was from South Florida that had never seen snow. That winter we got a little but nothing to write home about. But then we got a bid to the Humanitarian Bowl in Boise, ID. It was snowing so hard when the plane landed that we had to fly into a nearby airport and walk across the tarmac in a foot of snow to the buses. Got to watch two big arse defensive lineman do snow angels in suits. It was awesome.

I say:
(in greeting) "how ya doin" --singular
"how ya'll doin" --plural
I say "fer" instead of FOR
