Everything there can kill you by just looking at you wrong. Most poisonous snake, most poisonous lizard, most poisonous octopus, spiders that are are as big as dinner plates, and they always get the coolest shite like...years behind what everybody else does.

Half the place is a freaking desert and the greatest thing that ever came from Australia, Steve Irwin, got rekt by a bitch arse sting ray.

frick.

Okay I'm done with my rant about Australia. Just watched a tribute on The Crocodile Hunter himself and I got rustled. Carry on.

The amount of shite in the Outback that can kill you just by looking at you wrong is flat-out nightmare-inducing.

That said, Outback Steakhouse ftw, like kywildcatfanone said

I believe Longhorn has better steaks but the "fixens" are better at Outback.

I agree. The white people down there seem really down to earth and fun-loving. Like a bunch of Brits who've been on vacation at the beach for a couple of centuries.

Outback isn't out of Australia. It's a totally American restaurant that just happens to be Australian themed. One of the founders is a Kentucky alum.

Thought about a Midnight Oil lyric but decided MAW was more fitting.

Yeah I know, but when I think of Australia what comes to mind is the Opera House, Steve Irwin and "shrimp on the barbee".

I don't believe you. Everyone knows that Outback is authentic Australian fine dining.

Outback is not Australian.

It was the marketing by a UK alumni to make it seem Australian. Sullivan was one of the primaries and the guy that started 2 Keys sold the bar to become an early franchiser as they were SAE buds at UK.

As to OP, they have the most poisonous jellyfish and it is about the size of your pinkie nail, They also have the only venomous mammal, and the "fangs" are not in its mouth but in the back feet. It of course the duckbill platypus and from what I heard it is one of the most painful venoms out there even if it does not kill you.

The worst is this SOB. Most spiders will run away from humans but this one will actually go all aggressive to humans, and if that was not bad enough, they are fast and can jump waist to chest high at you. Just the thought of that an I would not sleep at night down under.

If I ever walked up on a spider that started chasing me I'd scream like a 5 yr old girl and shite my pants. I like living in a state where other than a few snakes I don't have to worry about getting killed by wildlife when I go for a walk.

Just bought some of the new Terrapin Down Under IPA made from Aussie and New Zealand hops. Was in the fridge for 6 hours before popping one open.... still fricking warm.

God damn Australia.
