Crash took place in Addison Tx, all 10 people on board were killed. His wife and 2 children as well.

I'm just sitting here in disbelief, fricking tragic.

Condolences friend. Mourn, you'll need to find your own way to grieve. Sorry to hear the tragic circumstances . After a few weeks, start reflecting on all the fun times you had with your friend. That will ease the pain in time.

It doesn't feel real, I've never known anyone who has died in a plane crash. It makes me sick to think about it

It was something that happened very quickly so they probably didn't have time to fully grasp they were in danger.

If you want to cuss out the entire world for this or you need someone to listen to you just let us know. We've all been through something horrible like this and we will be there for you buddy.

Focus on 2 things: the good times with your friend and God called them home.

His father gave me my start in the insurance business 16 years ago. He didn't have to take a chance on me, I was 20 years old, didn't know shite, didn't have a degree, but he did and it changed my life.

When his father died of cancer 9 years ago, he took over the company and modernized it. Earlier last week, his family finalized a deal to sell the company for half a billion dollars.

Before he signed the company over on Wednesday, his final act as chairman of the board was to give every employee a $500 goodbye bonus, plus an additional $500 for every year of service, agents, managers, marketing specialists, support staff, underwriters, legal department, everyone. Everyone at the company will be keeping their jobs, btw, part of the deal. We're talking over 300 people, some of whom had been with the company 40+ years.

He and his father were incredible men, their families were incredible people, any success I've had in the business I owe to them.

The world lost a special human being on Sunday.

I'm so sorry, and I understand at least some of what you may be going through. Yesterday was the 7 year anniversary of one of my childhood friends dying in a plane crash. He was a pilot fighting fires in South Dakota. One of the finest people I have ever known, gone in an instant.

Prayers for you and your friend's family in what they are going through right now.

Truly sorry V&S.

This is reminding me of friends I've lost over the years. People who were so special that their memories are making me tear up.

Thank You. Memories are what we have and what we do
