Anyway, I think it has to do with crushing boredom. I started it when I moved to Mexico because I couldn't go anywhere (ex always guilted me because she had to stay with her kid), and even if I did I wouldn't be able to speak with the locals.

Yeah, pretty simple. When it starts to hurt to piss or is just sore in general, take a break for a day then get back after. fricking or fapping, either one.

It's a matter of practice, really, and making sure you're batin' with the right equipment.
If you're just dry-palming it, you're in trouble. You have to use lotion or a condom.
Or some silky soft underwear if you're in public.
