Out of curiosity, how much do you pay for garbage pickup at your home? Also, does that include recycling?

It's wrapped up in my annual property tax so probably too much

Last months garbage/water/sewer bill was $111.00.
Hell, my gas bill was $182.00. I've got gas lights in the front of my house...looks good, costs much....some of my wife's crap.
Throw in the $341.00 electricity bill, and my utilities were $634.00
If this shite continues, I'm gonna have to get a job!

Thanks guys...just wondering.
Our trash service isn’t covered in our taxes. You choose the company, and pay them directly. It’s around $60/quarter

Nothing
I don't eat a lot of fast food or processed food so my garbage routine is simple.
Big waste like trees and shrubs is easy if you can burn in the city but for me I have a friend with a farm in the country where we pile brush all year then have hayride / weenie roast in the late fall and burn it.
Have a bin on the side for plastic / glass / metal / paper with "FREE" on side and all the homeless know it is there so they pick it pretty clean. They are not panhandling on the corner and do pick ups for free which is cheaper than paying garbagemen and trucks (which are pretty expensive I hear)
The biodegradable stuff goes in the back corner of the property and feeds the critters in the area. I know this brings rodents but it also brings the snakes to eat them. Since the snakes don't bother me it is a win - win for Mother Nature as the most effective recycler.
Newer neighbors and city were not real happy but hard to get an ordinance to stop an eco friendly system. Even have some high weeds in the back that are now a "nature preserve" and since I keep up the rest of the property they have trouble citing me. Took about a decade of fighting with the homeless issue and the weeds issue (grass is legally a weed too) so I think they just gave up. The older you get the less they seem to want to pick a fight with you. If you have en elderly black female (say at least 75) you have hit the lottery! They can get away with just about anything.

$0
Where I live we have no garbage service, and residents have to take their trash to the dump.

It’s like 30-40$ for water and sewage which includes waste pickup.
