When it comes to chicken strip places, the only acceptable answer is Foosackly's. Too bad you can only get it in the Mobile area.

Everyone I know from around there raves about Foosackly's, I've been taken there a few times and didn't see the fuss. Give me a popeyes spicy strip.

And for the record. The sauce tastes almost the exact same as guthries sauce.

Sorry for your lack of soul. The love for a popeyes spicy strip saved you from having to be purified in a boiling vat of lard.

Nothing tops a spicy Popeyes strip that just got fried up. So good.

Why do you consider Chick-fil-a good ... they are EXCEPTIONALLY MEDIOCRE and just as unhealthy as any other fast food chain.

For me it's the breading on the sandwiches. Wendy's Spicy Chicken is good but I can think of multiple things at Chik-Fil-A that are good. And yes, I like their waffle fries.

I also like their healthy options better then most places. Their salads are a hell of a lot better the most fast food places offer.

This is making me want to try this place...but then I would have to go to Mobile. Not sure if it's worth it.

Belle don't go Aria Stark on me and try to put a sword through my eye and out the back of my skull here ... it's just Chick-fil-a.

Anyway I just wanted to know the reason y'all liked it as much as y'all this has been very informative even though I disagree. Thanks for the input y'all.

A lot of extra small talk, insistence on taking my order, etc.

I mean I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I'm in there all the time so I guess I don't want to make anything awkward down the road?

If it crashes and burns, just go through the drive thru from then on out. Problem solved.

Hey man that hurts. But then again I wouldn't drive to New Orleans specifically for food, so I understand not wanting to go for a fast food type option

I'm sure you'll pass through at some point.

Foo's is good. I just don't think it is possible for a chicken strip to top a Popeye's spicy fried within Louisiana state lines.

Yeah it is ... only problem it's probably not a restaurant.

Well of course it's not as healthy as what I can make at home.

Their salads are legit though and when I'm not cooking it's not a bad option at all without having to down something far worse off.
