In this case it's a kid we're re-enrolling from a local psych facility. He's been with us before and really is a sweet kid but definitely has some emotional issues (of the self-harming kind). Anyway, the hospital changed his medication and legally in order for us to administer any medication at school we have notarized forms that have to be completed. Dad picked the forms up yesterday afternoon and said he would send them in with his son this morning with his meds. Of course he didn't. And when I called to tell him I couldn't administer his meds without them I got cussed out. Said not to call him when he got in trouble for not being on his meds and all kinds of good stuff. He then cussed out my Principal and is now "calling the Board of Education".
What I wanted to say was get your useless arse up here and fill out the fricking forms because you're the parent and I need you to fricking act like it just this one time.

And the shame of it is when he gets in trouble in class or isn't able to concentrate because of his meds it won't be his parent that'll be held responsible. It'll be his teachers when he doesn't get a decent standardized test score.
