Yah was a great game Spurs seem like the team to win the whole thing this yr Tbird
I envy all the damn talent they get from overseas players that no one else takes a chance on and they end up major contributors

That game was nuts. I was talking to Dr. Jones and he told me I needed to turn it on and got to catch the last few minutes. I thought about you when he hit that shot. I've never seen such pitiful defense.
I literally woke up my next door neighbor screaming about Manu's shot. I regret nothing

The chick that was screaming next to the camera needed to choke on a bag of dicks though.
Yeah that was annoying

I just want one more shot at a title for Timmy. Win or lose, been an honor being a Spurs fan while Forever21 is playing

What do you do for recreation?
Oh, the usual. I bowl. Drive around. The occasional acid flashback.

Let me tell you something, pendejo. You pull any of your crazy shite with us, you flash a piece out on the lanes, I'll take it away from you, stick it up your arse and pull the fricking trigger 'til it goes "click."

Our testing window is May 20th through the 24th. Which works out great since we have just a week of school afterward and there's less free time for the kids after the test.
But yeah, we're all pretty stressed. I work in a PLA (Persistently Low Achieving) school. We had our state audit last year and got to keep our staff and principal because despite us not making our benchmark we've had gains in scores every year. It's frustrating because your hands are tied in how much you can do with these kids because you only have them a small portion of their day/year. And it's hard to undo what they're "learning" at home.

How come you don't roll on Saturday, Walter?
I'm shomer shabbos.
What's that?
Saturday, Donny, is Shabbos, the Jewish day of rest. That means that I don't work, I don't drive a car, I don't fricking ride in a car, I don't handle money, I don't turn on the oven, and I sure as shite don't fricking roll!

I hear ya. My mom's school is one of the few that actually makes AYP in the system, but just barely. The state actually took over the system (Birmingham) last year, but not that much has changed other than the fact that they've rezoned and closed a bunch of schools because only like 150 students were at some

It'll be interesting this year because this is the first year they've fully implemented the new testing system. And based on the kid's scores from last year it's quite a bit tougher then the previous state assessment.
The state has threatened to take over here. They want to eliminate busing across the district. That's their catch-all "solution". Which I understand but at the same time they're not going to be willing to recognize that certain neighborhoods are not going to test well based on the socio-economics you're dealing with in those neighborhoods and addressing that. I have kids here whose parents didn't finish middle school, that I have to scribe for when we fill out forms, and etc. And that's if their parents aren't locked up, drugged out, etc. When you have kids who don't know when they're going to eat again or where they're going to sleep that night, they're not exactly going to test well.
