I eat a scoop of breyers vanilla carb smart icecream, topped with an equal amount of cool whip and some sugar free hershey's chocolate syrup daily.
In general I like vanilla beans with some kind of rich chocolate mixed in sparingly.
Oh, and they can take that fat free ice cream and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
