I have seen that and read the presidents statement (which does NOT say she was expelled). I am 99% sure that Alabama like most colleges have due process prior to expulsion and 24 hours is not enough to go through the process. Usually, the school can suspend a student during the process.

She said she was expelled. All I saw in the university statement is that she is no longer enrolled at UA.

While I agree to an extent my understanding is the mother has a younger daughter still at home so distancing herself from Harley might help prevent the other daughter from catching hell for something she had nothing to do with.

did they really expel her? how can they do that? are they going to expel the entire football and basketball teams as well or are they allowed to say in because of the color of their skin?
