Coastie made those IM threads so much fun. I didn't like my job much at all back then, and those nightly IM thread ms with y'all gave me something to look forward to. Nothing on this board will ever top those times.

Regret I never got a chance to meet up with semo, though. Timeline caused us to miss each other. Did get to meet a couple other Mizzou posters and Arky peeps, though.

I only got to meet Coastie once, but it was a great weekend. i actually picked her up at the airport in Birmingham before the 2013 LSU-Bama game and we went and had dinner/drinks with Semo and AUnite.
Jen actually ended up staying in T Town with all my old friends from school, and ended up tailgating and partying with us the whole weekend. She even made us all gumbo on Sunday as a thanks for the hospitality!
Coastie was hilarious, and a really knowledgeable fan. Whether it was drunk texts or twitter banter on the weekend, she always knew what to say to put a smile on your face. it feels so surreal to think that she's not with us anymore...

Y'all all drive up from LA, I drove down from TN, Nite and Kaptain made the short drive from Birmingham, we met up at Kaptain's tailgate. Then we went to Red's tailgate, the bars, back to campus, back to the bars, the game, the bars, lost Walt, coastie found Walt and tied his sleeves, swung back by the tailgates for gump tears, Walt walked off again,
Lost my car and had nite drive me around 2 hours
Walt found us
Then we lost him until the next Morning
All crashed at Red's
I remember Nite got a ticket in the boxes last minute for 4th quarter only. Little did she know that meant OT as well.
