To avoid spoiling some of the folks who haven't read the series and watched the show, I figured I'd start this thing up over here.

I don't think he's dead, strictly speaking, as in we're never going to see his character again. Whether we see his character in some kind of other form I guess remains to be seen.

I think Rhaegar and Lyanna Stark. Not sure on Azor Ahai. Several people may fit that prophecy.

The real question I have is are AA and TPTWP the same person or two separate people? I tend to think two different people but I've seen some say they're the same.

I'm convinced it's Benjen Stark. Because a "Stark must always be in Winterfell" (I'd love to debate the depth of that saying as well).

I think he dies physically. And that's his out to getting out of his vows to the Night's Watch. Then he's resurrected by Melisandre Thoros of Myr style (possibly giving her life to make it happen, which could make her his Nissa Nissa as Azor Ahai reborn). Then he starts to wreck shite.
Here are my fears though because GRRM is a bastard and all:
- Jon Snow comes back as a wight or an Other.
- He wargs into something and he loses his physical form (I love Ghost but I don't want him permanently AS Ghost).
- He just dies.

This I'm not sure of but I think it's possibly Jon, Dany, and Aegon (as a Blackfyre).

I'm not sold on him as a dragon rider yet. Morqquo(sp)'s prophecy to Tyrion makes it seem Dany and Aegon would be at odds.

I think at the very least he isn't a Targaryen in the sense that Dany is. That he's of the bastard line.
I can see Tyrion as one of the three heads but sadly I don't know how far Tyrion makes it in the books. But I absolutely do not buy the business that's been thrown out that Tyrion is a Targaryen via the Mad King raping his Mother at some point.

What role do you see Bran stepping into with his new learning? Will we get to see more of the under working of his talents than we have gotten from say The Red Priestess? Bran and Red Priestess Showdown to happen in the next installment?
Also I feel as if coldhands still has a very important role to play although I haven't a clue what it will be.

I'm torn. On one hand it seems that Connington is going to great lengths to cover his tracks and is genuinely surprised when the Golden Company has already discerned young Griff's identity. So that would seem that he is in fact a true Targ. Like I said I'm wishy washy.

I don't think Stannis will survive the next installment, simply not enough room for him and the story will start to get whole lot more violent with only two books remaining.
