I already told you it’s too early to make a prediction. We don’t even know what the roster is going to be. Goodness

Does Albert O come back, can Graves qualify?

That’s two significant, impact players we may or may not have and y’all are out here making predictions...lol

Without those two I think we’d win 8 or 9 games assuming reasonable health.

With those two I think we have a legitimate shot at double digit wins.

The only prediction I can make with certainty is that the majority of the posters here will gather infinitely more energy from the losses than the wins.

Seems to me there was once an all time great that talked about what drove him was the hate of losing more than the love of winning. Conversely, I will also bet that there are a lot who never made it who weren't too bothered with losing.

Sounds like your subconscious preparing yourself for another "nut cup" season. Alternatively, perhaps a conscious preemptive deflection of what you know is to come. Either way, nice to see you are still "working" your schtick.

The Navy loss.....ugh.

Probably the worst ever in the Pinkel era.

Yeah, I don't see it either. With or without O and Graves.

The middies started cut blocking and Kul's boys didn't know how to handle it.

Didn't both Navy and Auburn both run the triple option when they beat Mizzou back then? Even Bama had a hard time with Auburn's triple option the year that Auburn just ran all over us in the conference championship.

Navy runs a flexbone triple option. Auburn was a two back spread zone read with power concepts.

But it’s not a disdain of losing. It’s like some revel in it. So desperately hoping to be “right” and get that “got ya” moment.

It’s like how a select few posters completely disappear after wins, but are right back shite posting after losses.

Wonder what MJ thinks of that?

They are the experts!

Some Missouri fans thought Missouri would not make bowl game last year and wanted Odom fired. Then similar situation this year and some wanted Odom fired too! I see some Missouri fans think they know what Missouri will be like based on last 3 years and did not see any improvement because win-lost does not matter it is about beating teams in the top 25 and not blow games that Missouri is favor to win.
Also Missouri did not ended up in the top 25 recruiting class therefore they will get beaten by teams with a better class than Missouri. THAT is one I suspect the real reason some fans thinks Missouri is not good enough to compete with those with a much higher class. Most of the time is true. When you put in new head coach and/or not very good head coach. Odom seems to improve from the year before in his 3 year as a head coach. I am seeing another improvement from this year.

Bass, why you don't like Barry Odom? Do you know he have improved more wins each year. Good recruits will be come if fans more support.

I will murder anyone with a Sith Lord Thought Bomb who starts going down the road of "what gets HCBO fired."

Can we please for the love of god not do this until no earlier than August.

Not only is it crazy at this point to have this discussion, but it makes Lefty respond with 3 paragraphs of unreadable drivel. Please, please I am begging.
