About all I can say is... Bout time.

Was it just me or after the shed tackle and he got in his stride, did he look slow but was actually pulling away from defenders? It's always wierd watching huge recievers with thier long strides.

Congrats DGB. Here's to this one and many more to come.

He looked like he was jogging...like he was surprised that he wasn't tacked when he caught the ball...and even when he appeared to be jogging, he was pulling away from defenders who appeared to be sprinting.

I'm not sure DGB truly knows his capabilities yet...

He's still in his high school Clark Kent, chillin' out in Smallville stage, give it time. Yesterday was the part where he leaps over a barn without trying and is like 'woah, shite, did I do that? sweet.'

Remember, J-Mac had a full redshirt year, albeit injured, to learn and observe the offense. And he had an offensive coordiator getting him the ball who wasn't all "herp derp, durr durr duh, derp." And he didn't have a QB throwing to him who was nursing an inflamed vagina. And he didn't have both Tiger Nation and the entire nation looking at him with arms folded and one foot tapping saying "WTF, hurry up and be a superstar you schmuck, whats the holdup?" Lot more for DBG to overcome. He will get there.

Nice sig pic, ATX.

Also, I agree with you. Let's give the kid some time to develop before we judge him.

Actually, I wasn't judging him harshly at all. In fact, I was commenting his talent in my own odd sort of way.

Let me break it down for you...

When I said that he looked like he was jogging while pulling away from defenders who appeared to be sprinting...that was me saying that he is fricking fast.

I hope I cleared up some confusion.
