I think it depends on what LSU team shows up. They have a lot of talent and can probably play with anyone on a given night.

I think we need 2 things to win.
1. The OL needs to be really good. The WR’s can get open if they have time to run routes.
2. Limit the big plays. Daniels has 16 TD’s and not counting the Grambling game when he had 3 short passing TD’s (3,7,10) he has 10 TD’s of more than 20 yards(8,9,11,20,26,26,29,33,34,47,49,49, and 75)

I'm concerned Vandy's 4th quarter showed too much tape on how to pass against our secondary.

Put me in this camp, too. Our pass D has struggled this year and that stretch of getting pounded by Vandy's passing game scares the hell out of me.

Hopefully it was kids being kids and thinking the game was over already but hard to say. Secondary busts have happened every week.

Missouri will probably do some trick plays we do not need this time around. Get burned on them.

The odds still favoring LSU. 6.0. I am Wondering if the betters are very smart or know what they are betting. If the line goes down to like 4.5 or something like that then I would think Mizzou will have a good chance to compete and get a win.

Defense wins this game for Mizzou. Thinking something like 49-35, with a key, back breaking LSU turnover early/midway in to the 4th. This team has a chance to be great IF the defense can tighten up the secondary where we know we have talent. Mizzou wins this one with QB pressure and shut down play from our NFL caliber corners. LFG!!

Im not on the Brady Cook bandwagon yet. Even though LSU’s defense sucks it will still be the best defense we’ve played yet. We need Cook to play good, but we need the OL to play really good. The OL hasn’t played really good in any of the games yet.

34-20 LSU

If the OL plays really good we have a chance. We will also need long drives to keep their offense off the field as long as possible. We need to slow the game down we don’t want to get in a shootout with their offense. If we can keep the score in the 20’s we will probably win 27-24.

My initial gut tells me it’s an LSU win too but I’d push back on LSU being the best defense we’ve faced. I can’t imagine k state doing what lsu did on defense against ole miss.

On paper talent wise LSU looks stronger. Conditioning is an issue. And it's not just the DL, even Perkins seems a step slower this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see us use some tempo much like Ole Miss just to wear them out a bit. Plus Shraeder is relentless running the ball and that should be an advantage in the second half.

John Miller from Locked on Mizzou said the long passes picking on our safeties is how Tennessee hammered us the last 2 years.

Those were good Tennessee offenses and LSU has a good offense to.

The success in the 1st half made us think we could get in a shootout and that was bad idea and bad play calling. Letting them run the ball was a good idea.

OL played good until the 4th quarter. Mevis missing the FG hurt bad, but INT’s changed the games.

The 17 yard punt hurt too

I’m still not on the Cook Bandwagon.
