Me either. I'm just not convinced something shady isn't going on down there.

Rude.. At least I give the guy some honest answers. Instead of the same PC agreeable stuff.

There are significant reasons why Bauer likes Ole Miss. Great tradition, team is loaded up, coach is locked in and a great recruiter, stadium upgrades coming. Lots for him to be appealed to.. and it's not that far from STL.

Guy has a perma hard on for LSU and doesn't want to think Ole Miss is coming back.

And I'm rude to anyone that feels the needs to use extremely uncommon big words in their responses on a sports site.

I don't want to be called a racist. My image is bad enough as it is.

Who are the remaining targets left on the Mizzou board?

I honestly don't know. We have one DE commit. Zero DLine commits. I'm only aware of 1, maybe 2, JUCO Dlinemen that are considering Mizzou. The 2 instate guys don't seem to be giving Mizzou much love. The lack of the big bodies on the DLine concerns me.

To anyone and everyone. Ole Miss in the SEC. KSU in the Big Bevo. Neb in the Big 10.

Jesus, that's leaking like a sieve.

Can't believe kids would want to play for Bo Pelini

OK, signing off. Good night, everyone!!

Let me know when you've got it so I can delete.

ETA - I don't understand why anyone would want to play for Pelini either. He's an idiot, a hothead and a jackass.

Stop there. Period. End of conversation. Stop there and you made your point. No need to go the one step further and bash the poster. He hasn't attacked you and frankly hasn't attacked Mizzou. If you disagree, then disagree. You made a good point on why Bauer would like Ole Miss. Just no need to take the extra step.

I leave for a couple episodes of Breaking Bad and an actual discussion occurs?

Holy shite.

I'll read tomorrow and contribute.

We lost a running back to ksu (after last years events with their success and our struggles I can't blame it) however after Snyder retires, or can't coach anymore I have to think they will sink back into irrelevance (nothing exciting going on in Manhattan, ks)

Ole Miss is very close to Saint Louis (between 5-7 hours drive) could be a reason also with all the buzz their program is generating.

Nebraska has been stealing our recruits forever. I actually think this is one that gotten better for us with the move to the SEC however it's a bit more under the radar with our struggles to produce on the field.

No doubt we are at a cross roads with recruiting developing new areas of interest (florida, Tennessee) and failing at others (georgia and texas)

we need to establish ourselves in these new areas before we "dry out" our old pipelines and allow our SEC brethren to establish long lasting pipelines in our stomping grounds (stl, kc, etc).

Ps glad to have you posting Oz!

Nebraska is no longer the only big dog on the block liek they were in the big12 North, even though they still get theirs. It's just different now for them.

I'm interested to see what y'all can develop in the way of possible pipelines in those states, especially florida. That would be huge.

Neb loses the same sales pitch MU used to use in TX, obviously Nubbs had more to sell, but they also benefited from playing games in TX every year like we did.
