I guess you all wanted BB coach fired as well! Some wanted AD fired! So see that McElwain is one of the worst head coach! Could not win at Florida after won it on two down year in the SEC East division. Then just went downhill after that. He is worst than you can imagine. Just cannot admit to it. I am done if that who AD hires.

Will McElwain seems to have picked up steam. Florida couldn't wait to get rid of him.

McElwain is so weird and awkward. Definitely something off putting about him. It’s really hard to imagine that he interviews well

Anyone seen his blowout losses? at his current team? That was something like 62 to 0? That is what happened at Florida at the SEC championship both times. Also during the regular season. That is very bad news!

Where are you hearing that from?

Hearing what from? That McElwain is a weirdo?

McElwain lost 8 games in his first 2 years at Florida, 7 of them were ranked teams.
He went to Back to Back SECCGs, Florida hasn't gone since he was fired.
I get that his departure from Florida was weird, but the guy has won CoY 3 times in 3 different conferences on 3 different teams.
The dude can coach and would be inheriting his best situation ever considering.
I don't really get Lefty's dumbass take, as it makes no sense, but he's basically calling a coach who makes it to Championship games "bad news".
This basically confirms to me that McElwain would be a good hire just because dumbass Lefty wouldn't like it.

Lefty is a football savant.

Got blown out and also he is not a SEC coach. He was at Florida! Just like Muschamp! Both id good first 2 years then flopped! Muschamp is bad at South Carolina! Missouri is not a better location to attract top recruits. He had 4* and 5* talents. Just like Muschamp.

Sounding like Anderson is a mile ahead of all other candidates.

Anderson has a connection with Pat Ivey that isn’t going to help him.

Anyone other than Karraker reporting this?

Why, Pay Ivey is a good guy.
Posted on 12/5/19 at 2:43 pm to surgicalvenom
Probably for, what is seen as, the role he played in the 2015 Strike.
Why that would taint Anderson I don't know, but there is a connection.

Right or wrong, Ivey is tied to the football protest more so than any other university employee.

Harsin or bust. Just give him 4.

Ivey got into some trouble at the same time as the protest, and people incorrectly tied the 2 together. Ivey got into trouble because he had too much contact with players in the offseasons. Kinda being a father figure stuff. BO backed away from him because of fear of NCAA violations. So Ivey and his wife left the University but are now both back.
So yes there was some Ivey drama, but it was a coincidence that it came out the same time as the protests.

The Administration of the University must be confused, too, then. They have the same perception of him as what I posted.
