I'd like it to be harsin

It's more likely to be McElwain

For the reasons Navy said

One other thing I saw one list posted Clemson co-OC Jeff Scott. That might also be in play? Again they are playing in a conference championship game. so I would take Harsin or Scott. Both are offensive coach. That is also a plus.

I think Harsin’s Comp is being overestimated.

He’s making around $1.5M/yr with bonuses. We could go to $3.75M with him easily. And our assistant pay is already pretty competitive.

He has went public a couple of times about Boise's assistant pool and they haven't budged much. I think he is giving them a solid discount with his salary so he can bump his assistants.

Healy was just asked (by his local Fox affiliate) about rumors of him going to Missouri or Ole Miss. He simply said, "I'm all Niner."

We must be bad when a 30-something making $700,000 passes up our millions. (Unless Sterk ain't interested in him)

We aren’t seriously interested in Healy. Sexton is doing a great job for him.

Why?

And where would you rank him compared to the others?

And the indications are he's not interested in us

He’s a good young coach that can recruit. Not just players but assistants and can help with donors. Odom had little interest in promoting Mizzou football across the state.

Do you see a winning culture from the school Healy coached at so far? I don't! Need get someone who have had continual winning season and are in a winning culture! That the way to go! Not like Chad Morris kind of a head coach! That is what you are trying to get to Mizzou!

Hell, I will throw my hat in the ring for the job. I am a True Son and i promise in 3 years I will either deliver a championship or have the program receive the death penalty, whichever comes first.

He’s picked 2 of the worst possible jobs to get his chance as a HC. AP had something like 1 win in 3 years before he was hired. Healy brought in 2 top 10 FCS recruiting classes, including a Mizzou transfer. Charlotte has never had a winning season.

He will be at a P5 school within a couple years.

Mizzou can be good and is not a bad place to win like BO did but not blow games and is a defense coach. Offense coach is the way to go. Get your quarterback and that makes it easier than what BO struggled to get a quarterback in placed in 4th year. Had to reach to get one and it backfired on him.
