That poor guy. I feel so bad for him, was really hoping he'd have his shot in San Diego. Bless his heart.
Does anyone think he'd be a good WR coach?

Too bad, I was really rooting for 'ol Burger Knee.
Damn shame really. He held a lot of promise.

I really have no idea. Really is a shame about his knee. He was always just so thin in the legs. Never thought he stood a chance.

Heart sunk when I heard this earlier. Just sucks, he doesn't deserve to have this happen... again.

So Maclin went down. Alexander went down. Gabbert went down. Didn't I hear Spoon left practice with an injury? Any others?

This is all Pinkels fault.
He'll never learn.

What about Moe? He's been back at MU, rehabbing in STL. Outspoken on the Gill thing defending MU. Former QB so I think he has a good understanding of the game from different aspects. Fiery and competitive attitude. Might need a filter on his mouth.
I certainly hope he can come back next year and make a team (Patriots or otherwise), but that can be an uphill battle even without injury and not playing for a year. Maybe he'll think it's time to move on. Thoughts on Moe as a WR coach?

I personally think he will play in New England, they are going to need receivers and he does play the slot (wes welker is gone now) and Amendola cannot play a full season without injury either.
However I agree Moe knows the game and very well might be a coach someday.

MU training staff's fault. They shoulda stuck with the plan.

I just think his intensity and the way he bleeds black & gold and being from the STL area, it could be what the doctor ordered. I do hope he makes it at the pro level first though.

I hated Moe as a player--he ALWAYS seemed to make the killer catch and run
Did he get drafted? By whom, if so?

He was undrafted and signed with the Patriots.
I always felt the same way about Swope; I was disappointed he had to retire.
