Of course, our opinions mean nothing to the new head man, but would you keep any of the current coaching staff?

I would hope the new man would consider keeping Ford as a RB coach. Would give the new staff some continuity and the RBs have outperformed expectations very well since he took that post. (Would never have imagined making that argument when he was secondary coach for Pinkel!!!)

And Haley maybe. What production from the interior line!!! DEs have done nothing pass rush-wise, but I don't know that it isn't a talent thing there.

Bye bye to Ford.

Walters won’t stay. I’d like to keep Haley and Hargreaves though. The rest I really don’t care about

Odom had mostly good assistants. I doubt any of them stay.

Haley and Hargreaves. Walters will be gone by his choosing. i wish i could say Hill and Ford for old times sake, but maybe they weren't as good at recruiting STL and KC as we think. a lot of recruiting misses over the years. retirement suits them.

Odom moved away from purely regional recruiting. The last 4 years have been assistants recruit their position

Letting Kyle Morris go would be a big mistake.

That kind of design talent can't be found just anywhere.

Keeping McGee would also keep Hester in the fold. That’s something to consider but I’m fine either way

They need a real WR coach. Neither Knox or Scott understand how to set up their route off the snap to get free and separate. Lazy footwork and hand technique is all a coaching issue. One decent recruit isn't a reason to keep a coach if his entire room is underachieving.

JesusQ I am with you on Haley (should be the D C)
and Hargreves, some might think I am strange but Dooley's play calling was good and un-noticed, but there was three games that I think Andy Hill called the plays in. I like Ford as RB Coach he can stay.

Walter's can go to Canada, I am not a fan, I think David Gibbs did well considering the lack of talent, Andy Hill should have been replaced by Dave Ungerer,

Haley has been a DC before. He wasn’t near as good at being a DC as Walters was.

Haley did do a great job with the DL while here.

Haley seems to have found his sweet spot as a Dline coach. Did a great job.

I have to put the endless secondary woes on Walters, I don't know where else to put them. But the defense did keep getting better. The offense seemed to mostly go backwards
