UM not commenting, as of yet, on swirling message board rumors that Jeff Thomas has left team. But it's known around team that Thomas has clashed with coaches, has been unhappy and there was issue yesterday. UM scheduled to practice in a few hours.

UM's difficulties under Richt have been surprising.
All 3 FL schools struggling at the same time is more surprising.
Because schools from other parts of the country are doing that much better at grabbing FL recruits, the rise of secondary FL schools (UCF, SFU, etc.), or both?

New coaches at the bigger schools.
Give Taggart and Mullen time to get established and they will be really good.
Richt needs to evolve offensively

Just making sure it wasn't a criminal issue. So Mizzou could scoop him up.

Taggart can recruit, but it remains to be seen if he can coach.
I agree Mullen is going to do a great job at UF

Taggart did pretty good taking over 2 really bad situations at WKU and USF both were winning by the time he left.

Smaller programs though. Doesn’t always translate.
We’ll see. Could be good, could be a disappointment

Is there any interest by our staff for the two DE's at Iowa Western CC, Chester Graves and Malcolm Lee?
I think Graves shut us out when he was in HS and decided on Ole Miss.

Yesterday against Webb City Dale Chesson was a game changer. He played WR, CB, KR, and punter.
He is ranked 37th in Missouri by 24/7. He is really underrated and should get another look.
In my opinion Ladue loses to Webb without Chesson. He looks to have the swagger and talent to play at a P5 school.
I have not watched him during the season and people from the St. Louis area might have a different opinion. I would like to know what they have to say about him.
I was impressed

Coaches are on the road visiting this week.
BO will hit up Bryant today, Arkansas visits him Thursday.
Brian Odom visited a juco LB from Cali yesterday.
Ofodile is visiting the STL prospects this week.

Looking at the commits over the last 2 years most of the LB’s that have signed or committed are ILB.
By looking at the LB’s compared to the DE’s and DT’s recruited it looks like we will be playing a 3-4 defense for awhile.
We signed one OLB in 16,17, and 18. We don’t have any committed this year.
I prefer a 4-3 and bring up a safeties on running plays
