Fake news, no one truly commits to that football wasteland.

4* Cameron coleman commits to Western Michigan. Was an odd recruitment

Went to IMG, then immediately transferred back to Ritter.

None of the college coaches thought Coleman was a 4 star level recruit.

It looks like Keith Jones from Ritter also committed to W. Michigan. He is a 2* CB.

This might have something to do with why he chose W. Michigan.

could be, still doesn't explain why mizzou was mia on him for most of the time. We have no problem offering 3*, and hes obviously at worst that. Also grabbing him ramps up the class ranking.

So you would like to have a higher ranked recruiting class, even if no P5 coach thinks that player is worth the scholarship?

I have a hard time believing 11 Power 5 schools offered a scholarship to a kid none of them wanted.

You have to look at the dates of his offers. Most came early when they thought he was going to blow up. Then his speed and quickness didn’t improve so P5 teams quit recruiting him.

hes received extended offers from Florida, tenny, and Nebraska midway thru his hs tenure. Apparently all three of the new coaches decided to move on since.

His recruiting also cooled off when he went to a smaller school in ritter.

Im not the most involved when it comes to STL scene anymore, but I like him more than massey.

Hes done several camps, and to maintain a 4* on all three boards, its hard to say hes not good, imo.

I won't be surprised if he ends up being a January flip when someone needs to fill out a recruiting class

his numbers aren't terribly impressive for 3A ball in Missouri. Luther Burden is the best player on that team as a sophomore.

their different type of receivers. Coleman is more of a traditional slot. He also more physical than massey, while massey has height, coleman has 5 lbs on him
