State wants it on Thursday -- OM doesn't. As of now, it's a one-time thing...

Last I heard, we are trying to work out an alternating deal with aTm/LSU. They play on Thursday when that game is in College Station(LSU wants it to be Friday or Saturday, but not Thurs), we play on Thursday when it's in Starkville. Have no idea where that negotiating process is. Probably at a standstill until after the Egg Bowl actually happens and they see the attendance, ratings, etc...

I agree. He's not nearly as hot of name as he was a few short years ago. Of course, the transition to major football has been hard on all of those hotshot mid-major coaches. Gary Patterson is struggling a bit with it as well, and I expected them to be relevant in the Big12 this year...

You REALLY think that coaches go on record in the press campaigning for a job with a current head coach still at that position -- WHILE they are also still in their current position? Nevermind that the other staff contains FOUR coaches that were on the staff with Whittingham at Utah.
