I would also like to point out they lost to Baylor who ranked 119th in defense.
and had the #2 offense in the nation.

They lost to Arizona who ranked 118 in defense.
and had the #7 offense in the nation.

Kansas held them to 20 points... ranked 113th in defense. Our #3 QB to start the year was on his first road game. Game was delayed over 2hrs after 1st qtr due to heavy rain and lightening. Weather was to blame for this. He still threw for 255.

They beat the West Virgins.. their defense was ranked 108 WHOOP WHOOP!!
and had the #10 offense in the nation.

They beat Iowa St.. ranked 94th in defense. Our #3 QB to start the season threw for 415yds on 32/47 passing. Our defense held them scoreless for 3 qtrs.

Teams like K St and OU did exactly what we will.. control the clock...
OU controlled the clock? You realize that at no point during regulation of Bedlam did OU even have the lead in game? Might want to watch that game because you apparently have no clue what you're talking about. It was a great OT game though.

"we don't need time to score"

You lost to every team that controlled the clock except to Kansas who had no offense to speak of. They held you to 20. There's always an excuse isn't there.

MSU will control the clock.

BTW... No excuses on the poor defenses you faced. It is the reason your offenses are ranked.

Oregon, as you like to point out, was totally pushed around by LSU and Auburn. Why, Because they had a defense not ranked 119th in the country.

Even more so, you keep bring up passing defenses. I am talking over all too. Those same defenses you faced SUCKED at run defense. There goes your theory of the pass attacks.

Can you give some details about Calvin Barnett and Justin Gilbert? And how is Tracy Moore doing?

Justin Gilbert

Burnt all last season. Not in the top dbs for ints or passes defended.

You would think with all the "passing greats" he would have been in the top for ints or passes defended... Just saying.

I hope the people predicting an OSU win are right. Could be a 9 win season if we beat OSU.

I think we all believe we have the best WR/TE corp that we have ever had.

I don't believe that shite at all.

Probably more accurate to say we have more question marks with our WR/TE corp than we have ever had. Gone is Bumphis, Clark, Smith, Heavens at WR and Green at TE. Also MJohnson is a good receiving TE but can't seem to stay healthy and at the WR spot the Freds are dinged up (Ross and Brown). We need some guys to step up FAST.

Calvin is doing good. He plays nasty and reminds me of an SEC DT. Supposedly Gundy has calmed his demeanor a bit. He cost us penalties last year with him being a little too much nasty after the whistle.

Gilbert loves the aggressive approach. We applied pressure in 2011 and thats why we led the nation in turnovers, however our old DC last year had Gilbert/Brown playing soft coverage (damn near prevent) and was giving up the underneath pass on every down which took away from Gilbert's strength. He is supposedly back, we'll see on next Saturday.

Not going to lie, haven't heard much from T-Moe this summer. Players say he's doing good, but honestly don't know anymore than that.

We are excited about our big bodied TE Blake Jackson though. He worked alot in the offseason to fix his one flaw (catching the ball). With T-Moe on the outside, Stewart in the slot, Jackson will cause some big mismatches at the TE spot for LB's and CB's.

If OSU gives up 41 to your offense, then they are in for a 5-7 year in the Big 12. I don't see you guys exceeding 24pts and would put you closer to 17.

Bro, we could beat you 41-34 and you'd still go at least 5-4 in the big XII, at worst. There are too many question marks on every single team there. Everyone but you, kansas(lol), Iowa State(lol), and Texas(lol, David Ash, Mack Brown, Hiring Auburn's OC) are breaking in an entirely new QB.

And we'll score a hell of a lot more than 17.

I think we are going to lose the game, but I will start obnoxious threads if we win.
