Absolute worst case, we have to vacate the 2012 season and the Music City Bowl. So, we could have to give back our second place Gator and Egg Bowl trophies. That said, I seriously doubt we see that happen -- because if we do -- Bama also will be losing their national title.
Happened prior to our current probation and is therefore not applicable to repeat offenders or any "bigger picture" penalties. Everyone knew Fletcher's career here was over at that point anyway -- and I have heard but never confirmed that Bumphis thought his was as well(before the NFL "inquiries" board that gives approximate draft position hurt his feelings)..

My guess is that State will voluntarily offer to vacate the 2012 Music City Bowl and the entire 2012 season and give up 25 scholarships.

If you think the punishments for Bama and State are going to be equal, you're sorely mistaken.

You're right, they actually have banks records and wire transfers for Bama.

Have you read the actual article?
There is practically no way they can punish us on this to any greater extent than they punish Bama. 10X the evidence on them than they've got on us...
