I breached the bet after Pruitt unexpectedly left. You suffered no damage = there is no remedy.

I just taught you a lesson on contracts and remedies.

And here's a picture for your troubles:

No, you pussed out.

Thankfully, nobody took the (your) Auburn vs Florida State bet and was forced to vacate the SECRant forever. It would be tragic for them to lose a perma-ban bet and have to leave, while you lose a perma-ban bet and stay around blowing smoke about a breach in the bet.

Man up, stick to the bet.

This.

Spare everyone the first year law student bit.

You don't stand behind your word. Obviously it's not a big deal (I doubt anyone expected you to stand behind your statement) but it doesn't make you any less a coward.

Honor the bet, dipshit, before your actions besmirch the title of a great Zeppelin song.

Why? Bama lost their DB's coach and D-Line coach. They've had more turnover than FSU.

Admit it, you're being a bitch.

I support this ban, but only after NSD, or whenever Humphrey sets pen to paper and makes it official. This nonsense about contracts and so forth is unsupportable. The sacred law of the Internet is that a written ban bet (as witnessed by hundreds of random and probably naked SECRant viewers) must be honored without equivocation on the part of the persons involved as stipulated in the original exchange. Trying to squirm out of the original bet when it was completely understood that both parties were in agreement in principle with what was a simple set of declarative sentences is just a bitch move.

Also, if Humphrey mans up at the last minute and goes to Vanderbilt instead, I support banning everyone else in this thread. Just, you know, because.

I propse modifying the terms...

1. Capstone has no further obligation of any kind, whether or not Humphrey actually signs with Bama

2. That in the event Humphrey actually signs with Bama, Ocean is required to carry as his sig one sentence of Capstones choosing... eg ..I Ocean am a four flushing, welching, backtracking little bitch...or something to that effect as selected by Capstone

this sentence shall be imposed for a period of not less than one year.

Ocean indicate your agreement therto by your signature with the words "under seal"

edit for spelling

There are staff changes at almost every school each year. You have to take that into account when making a bet.

If you make a bet with a casino, you can't take it back because a player gets injured before the game.

Man up and ban yourself. You have lost all credibility now anyway, because we see you're not a man of your word.

You need to edit to correct the spelling of Humphrey's name, or Ocean can accept this proposal and legitimately claim that no "Humphery" signed with Bama.
