I don't believe we offered him that. That is crazy. I think Ruiz is behind rumors like that. Just like that BS one previously that he was going with Miami even though we offered 11 million to their 8 million offer. I also think there is something behind the scenes possibly where Rashada might have already signed something connected to Ruiz that is causing an issue here. Ruiz has been acting too arrogant about our NIL stuff ever since signing day.

Gator's QB backup plan
Don't worry we have a plan just in case we lose Rashada and for signing a pedestrian Mertz in the portal.

Wonder if I have any eligibility left. You think they would start a 35 year old. I mean I did play qb in elementary school

More great news the lone QB Napier has got on campus from high school with any stars attached to his name has decided to play baseball this spring at UF instead of doing spring practice it appears.

We need a complete purge of them football team and boosters.
Just start over from scratch.

Did we sign a PWO from IMG.
He can't be any worse then Mertz. Just start him and hopefully this nil promised money doesn't end up the same way with Lagway.

Got 2 4 star QBs on the roster n ppl want everyone BUT them to play lmao
SMH, ill never understand this fanbase
Mertz backup barely had over a hundred yards passing in their bowl game, avg 4 yards per pass. Maybe just maybe the scheme sucked hence why the HC lost his job
Thats what happens when you promote your buddy who coaches the OL and a 1st time OC with zero exp run your offense

Miller in his first start vs a tough OSU defense had a 8.2 yards per avg with 59% comp
AR matched both those numbers in the same game ONCE all season vs teams not named EastWasb.
JS chill and let it play out. The sky isn’t falling

I'm not going to put too much into that meaningless bowl game with back ups and a patchwork OL.
Look at Trask in 2020. Great with his receiving core but did poorly in the Cotton Bowl when all his weapons were out.
Not saying Miller is at that level, or even good, just saying that it's too soon to pass judgment on him based off a bowl game that no one really gave a frick about.

Guess we are stuck with Miller and Mertz at QB.
God help us in Mormon Country on August 31st.
It may be as ugly as it was in Devil's Country in December

To be fair, a frosh Rashada wasn't going to help us much out there in what would've been his first collegiate game ever.

I did watch vids where he threw the ball pretty good with anticipation where the wr wasn’t out of his break yet.
His strength is PA imo, sadly Wisc didn’t run much PA with all the running they did.
Guy broke down his film n said in game 5 they only ran like 9 PA passes and Mertz was 6-9 with a drop. They ran 10 vs NW and he was 6 or 7 out of 10
Just weird playcalling at Wisc. Literally run run pass

True but all the more reason the staff should have gone after another TP QB even with Rashada on board.
