With all Franks faults, one thing that is undeniable is that he is a team leader and respected by the entire locker room.

I believe that he will be Trask's and Jones' biggest supporter.

Ten r see is a turnover machine when hit hard...and we need to get 3 or 4 turnovers from them. Let all the hot air out of the balloon and whoosh.

This is going to be another tough game. Uf starts slow and will leave ut in it.

I'm calling a blowout. Every game.

EDIT: In our favor, of course.

I don't think Tennessee in the Swamp should be that difficult of a game, especially since they you know, lost to an FCS.

I think we win it in the second half unless they gift us with several turnovers in first half. I will remind everyone not to get on a game thread and bit^h if we are tied or even behind late in the third qt (you listening ). The game is 60 minutes and I feel confident that our conditioning and mental outlook prevails late.

This game and the rest of the season concern me with out Franks. We don’t know how good the other QBs . We are about to start a QB that hasn’t started since middle school. He looked good against UK , playing a depleted back field . Frank wasn’t a star QB and Mullen felt like he was the clear starter. Hopefully Jones and speed up his learning or Trask be as good as Straws thought he was up until Saturday night. Now we are hearing that’s Jones in taking snaps with the first team. If it’s true it doesn’t sound like anyone is confident in Trask not even Mullen. I would feel a lot better about the team in f someone actually thought we had a good QB to lead us to a good 10-2 season or better.

Mullen has to get Jones meaningful snaps, he has already redshirted and we need our # 3 QB ready to go in games with bullets flying just in case Trask is God forbid injured.

Kyle Trask, Van Jefferson, Tre Grimes, Emory Jones, Tyrie Cleveland, Marco Wilson & Chester Kimbrough all staying late to run some extra drills after practice.

Thinking about Florida when you have Notre Dame on the horizon?

Bold.

(I don't really think we're going to blow everyone out.)

Mullen has brought a whole new philosophy with him. Happy to hear it.

One thing I love about our teams under Mullen is that they seem so hard working and unselfish.

It is something Quincy and Tabor did. Marco did it in HS and continued it on. Good to see it spread to other position groups. Saw another report that Gouraige and White stayed late as well.

Right now my fear factor for this game is a 3 out of 10. There is the outside worry UT comes out hot and Trask gets overwhelmed in his first start, just seems unlikely. Kid seems calm and level headed don't think he will get flustered quite as easily.

Still. It probably ends up close but we know how to win in the end..so I expect us to. Would really like a nice blow out of course to help with perception a bit.
