Early game and hotter than a 20 dollar pistol. UT will be wilting in second half standing on the east side of the Swamp with the sun beating down on them.

It will be miserable if projected weather forecast stays true til Saturday, calling for dryer air and extreme heat.

I’ll take the over on the HRI’s. Let tenner dehydrate and start cramping then put the hammer down.

We need to do better on the line of scrimmage. The heat is going to wear us down if we can keep the offense on the field and defense off the field .

Well we got the bottom of the barrell for a broadcast crew on Saturday. Bob Wischusen will be play by play and Dan Orlovsky is the color guy. That's what happens when you have a 12noon start. All we needed was Beth Mowins and everyone would have the sound turned off.

We didn't get the bottom of the barrel...because we didn't get Beth. So think positively

Tennessee lost to an FCS, man. Our Conditioning will very likely be a lot better than theirs.

Two times this year the defense has been on the field double digits more than the offense. That can’t be the case this week

Agreed. But Tenn does not have a good offensive line, so that should help some. With this heat we have to have long, consistent drives a few times to tire them out and keep the defense from dying on the field.

Going to the first half of this game. Baby too little for us to go longer really. No tailgating. Just go first half and head home for the 2nd half. Towson... eh. Might do the same. Should be back to full games for Auburn.

Our conditioning should be better . But our OL can’t run block and we have a new starting QB . I hope you guys are right about this game . I am not very confident.

Their OL isn't great either. I think we roll due to better coaching / planning

I'll be watching Tennessee games tonight and I'll give you an update on what I think about them. So far, Pruitt has not convinced me that his team is cohesive enough to come into The Swamp and beat us.

Kentucky's defense is very likely better than Tennessee's just from a coaching standpoint. Better scheming and the like.

LINK

For everyone's viewing pleasure here is link to some highlights of the game and notice Franks in locker room on crutches ready to sing "we are the boys from Florida" with his team mates. Mullen told him to stay home and rest but Franks came to the QB room and was helping Trask. THIS is why he is so popular.

Kyle Trask says Feleipe Franks and he have talked a lot the last few days.

"He has been very supportive." #Gators

Statistically the two teams are very even and ut has a better running game. But then you consider their competition...

Florida is battle tested and it’s at home. Gotta win this one.

Tennessee sucked last year and got up and spanked Auburn on the road and Kentucky. They are going to play the spoiler role a couple of times this year, so let's not let this be one of those times. We need to play a smart game and we can be through almost half our schedule at 5-0 with the meat grinder portion coming up in October. Our OL worries me and they have 2 good WR's who are very physical.
