Maybe I am being naive but I really think we go 9-3 despite Napier's coaching if Lagway starts the whole season.

Have you seen our freaking schedule...if we go 9-3 we better be in the playoffs..but we won't sadly. I doubt Napier makes it past this season as UF coach. NVM..his buyout is insane. Expect terrible Saturdays for the next 4-5 years. Because Mister .500 will contine to be terrible and boo'd at home games for his insanely bad decisions.

What coach do you expect to have success with the same roster against this schedule?
This schedule has been labeled arguably the hardest in SEC history. So tell me what is your definition of a successful season or a failure.

Roster, by even Napiers account is better. 8 wins should expected at a minimum. Schedule is brutal but if you can’t run with the big dogs, get off the porch! Go Gators

This is the best roster we are going to have with our NIL. It's strong enough to beat the other good teams on our schedule. This is where coaching will show if it's worth anything or not and he has shown poor coaching so far overall. We bring back more than most SEC teams which is a plus also. 8-4 isn't cutting it.

Good thing is that we have a solid roster, unlike prior years. So we no longer have to pontificate on whether or not Billy is the right guy.
Barring the team being decimated by injuries, we'll have our answer by the end of the year. So might as well just sit back and watch it play out.

Agreed. He better be fired soon. He is the worst HB coach UF has had in my lifetime without question.

The one thing I thought he had was good discipline on this team, but after our DL spit in that guy’s face in the 4th quarter that went out the window.
