I'm still going to bother you guys, you can't just contain me here.

At least here I can post the stats and the like to strafe when you guys try to say it was everyone else's fault except for the QB.

I'll bite. I need to know one more piece of info. DId they play each other? Which QB won the game if they played?

Winning trumps all stats to me.

They did, in Week Zero.

The stats are from the Miami game.

Of course 1 - 0 is better than not, but the point I'm making is that the stats are pretty similar for two players who have nothing in common.

22 game starter vs. 0 games.

40 yards of passing is the difference, and we can objectively say that Miami's offense is no where close to as good as our own.

How did they stay in the game? How does this affect us when we play, let's say, Georgia?

Chipper is just killing it @ UCLA!!

Franks may have been the top returning QB in all of college football if Chipper was our coach what was Stricklen thinking

There is no QB coach on the planet that can fix Franks if Mullen can't do it.

I'll add rushing stats for you:

QB1: 7 Rushes, 8 Yards

QB2: 14 Rushes, -44 (NEGATIVE) Yards

QB1 seems like an experienced QB managing a difficult opposing Defense

QB2 seems like an inexperienced QB overwhelmed by a difficult opposing Defense

How about Kellen Mond?

K. Mond
19-27, 194 YDS, 3 TD, 1 INT

BTW Mond also had fumble deep in Texas State territory for 2 turnovers against a team that doesn't come within 10 zip codes of miamuh.

Good thing Straws isn't an Aggie, huh? He'd be screaming for the backup

Do you think if Franks and Williams changed Offensive Lines this would look any different? We're talking passing because it's the only one that we can remotely compare the two since one's offensive line was hot garbage and the other gave Franks a lot of time to find his receivers.

Well, hindsight is 20/20 but we definitely should have poured our resources into either Trask or a transfer Quarterback.

Franks clearly doesn't have a future at the position. He was the worst P5 Quarterback when facing pressure last year, and once again was pressured into mistakes this year.

That's better than 2 TD and 2 INT, with 1 TD and 1 FUM.

Kellen Mond's TO ratio was +3.

Franks' TO ratio was 0.

HYUCK HYUCK. The game for A&M was never in question. It was 31 - 0 going into the third Quarter.

We were losing to a team we outclassed going into the third.

Similarly, let's look at QBRs.

Kellen Mond: 92.0

Trevor Lawrence: 70.6

Trevor Lawrence's Backup: 71.2

Feleipe Franks: 38.6

You guys literally don't understand anything other than the superficial, puddle deep view of how Quarterbacks are measured. You see a single instance and immediately go "OH THERE, IT'S THE SAME THING." They're not the same thing.

But Mullen can’t even figure out that Franks is worse then both of the guys behind him on the bench . Why should we think he knows anything about QBs ?

It's so early in the season, so much can change.

I refuse to continue to hang him in effigy after a week 1 game.

We'll see how things progress over the course of the season. It looks like UF's only test before the Auburn game is UK.

If UF loses to UK again I'll be worried.

For now, the data set is too small.

It's not one game. It's two seasons. He's had continual problems with focus and mentality that are still here.

I wouldn't be so upset if people hadn't lied to me the entire off-season. I don't care if he's a dickhead as long as he isn't turning the ball over up 4 in the 4th quarter with 4 minutes left into triple coverage -- after talking shite to the camera.

This is why I stopped listening to interviews and coaches years ago. It’s all bs and pr campaigns. You get way less upset when you have no expectations
