I don't think it's an alter, just a guy who owns a site and pops in occasionally to plug it. No harm no foul. His site looks quite nice, a little slow on the load but it could be my internet. If I was in to homer boards and it had more traffic I'd join.

No no I did not post to spam this great board would not even reply to my site link when the poster asked. So if I came on like that so sorry and apologize. Homer board I will say my honest opinion about the program. I did not like the Boom hire do not like where the BB program is headed under Martin and other areas of the Gamecock programs Like Taner, great at building facilities but sh@#$ with the rest. I just like to pop in where I can give my thoughts when I have the free time and see what I can add to the conversation.

I think the Muschamp hire was a good one and will start to see the benefits this season and with the 2020 recruiting class. Let’s remember what he took over, a complete shite show. I do agree with you about the BBall program. We make it to the FF and have nothing to show for it 2 years later in terms of top notch instate guys staying home. I personally don’t like where the Baseball program is and think Tanner set us back 10 years. Tanner shouldn’t have left the dugout

You should rethink your stance on the baseball program. Kingston is the type of coach Tanner was. His 1st year and he has us back in a super. The SEC is always tough but I think this team may just suprise you.

I did not like the Boom hire I wanted Tom Herman like most. I thought the way Tanner handled it was bad and he blew it. He had to rely on others like the Ole ball coach to get advice on what to do next. Showed his inexperience and still showing. Now that Boom is here he took this dumpster fire here and had a winning season. Which a lot of experts did not predict that in 2017 Gamecocks had a 9 win season win over Wolverine. So My attitude changed and the changes he made on the filed and is continuing to have for the most have been very good for the program. I really expected that 2018 season could be a bust a little one. So after his first season, I felt better about where the program was heading under his leadership. Next season could be very tough Bama Georgia and Clemson all top 5. Better buckle up because the Gators are back and Vil's will be a lot better. Good news Wildcats have lost the heart and soul of the team and a lot of seniors are gone as well. So Gamecocks should overcome Kentucky, especially at home. O yeah A&M they will be arse kickers in 2019. So 5-7, 7-5 possible scenario maybe 1 extra win. 2020 recruiting class is the key to his future this class and next will make him or he will be a bust. Good news he is on some really talented players. Would be a feather in the cap to get one or both of this kid's Five-star tailback MarShawn Lloyd and four-stars Tank Bigsby one or both plus the Gamecocks could even get better on the defensive with the top talent that they are in with at this time. So we all will know very soon if the Boom hire was great good or same o.

And yes this is my 5th post in 5 years on those keeping count. That is a 1 post every year average. I am 70-year-old man what hell is a alter, so I will know what I am?

Losing to the Citadel cost us Herman but be thankful it did as he would have jumped ship as soon as the Texas job opened.

Muschamp may not be the answer in the long run but he was absolutely what we needed at the time he was hired. Tanner did a good job in recognizing what and who was needed to pump life into the program. Muschamp installed a 21st century recruiting program along with upgrading the facilities. He demands hard work in recruiting and we desperately needed that. He may fail as the hc but it won't be due to lack of talent as he is starting to stockpile players.

Yes, I posted about his Achemnents in facility building A+ for sure but he has to lean that the coaches he his over that he is their boss and not their pal. Needs to be able to fire and hire good like one old AD use to say. Like he is still growing into an AD really at the worst time. Upstate is a thorn in the side right now. Makes being patient harder while they are winning Nattys Gamecocks losing to Virginia in a worthless bowl game that meant nothing it seems like to me by the way they played that day. Players not wanting to play there last game etc etc.

People getting down on Deebo for not playing in the belk bowl is a joke. He made a business decision for his family and it's turning out to be a great decision so everyone needs to drop that.

I like Tanner but being a national championship coach doesn't make you a great AD. The SEC is NOT the conference for on the job training. Wasn't the best decision to promote him to that position but he, imo, is doing the best he can and actually doing better than I expected.
The AD's primary job is to keep the athletic department in the green and he is successfully doing that.

A alter is signing up under another name and using the fake " alter" to troll or push a agenda. Think Bruce Wayne/Batman.

You have only posted a couple of times in a few years and one wonders why you are even here when you have your own Gamecock website. I'm sure you can understand why you would be questioned.

I played in the early 60s and back then you played for the one next to you hurt or not you where on the field. Of course, back then you really did not have the money machine and really I was just average high school player anyway. Yes, I understand money talks but to me, there is more to life than a big paycheck. Just different times and understand why he did what he did. If it he were a game for a natty I bet his butt would be on the field of play. That's more of my point too many worthless bowls.

Lol. I knew that would be your response as I was raised the to think like that plus being former Navy I couldn't ever leave my teammates but the times have evolved. This kids are making multi-million dollars that can change their whole families. Deebo has had quite a few injuries and didn't want to risk it in a meaningless bowl game. Playing in the senior bowl raised his stock and probably raised his future income by a few million. If we were playing for the championship I guarentee he would have played.
We didn't hear his teammates complain so who are we as fans to speak up?

I personally believe we will shock a lot of people this year. And no I’m not a sunshine pumper. I’ve actually been very doom and gloom since the end of 2014. I haven’t been this excited for a season since going into the 2013 one. I personally believe this season all rides on Jake. If he plays up to his capabilities all season instead of a game here and there this team can win the east. And hopefully you’re right about this years baseball team but it’s hard going from 3 straight trips to the NC game to where we’ve been lately.

I think we need to lean on our improved defense more than counting on Jake. He has been a qb all his life and his physical attributes are there but his issues are between his ears and if he hasn't gotten the mental issue corrected, in this many years, I don't expect him to this off season.
