I don’t think Muschamp knows the meaning of “bunker mentality”.

I finally watched it. Can't say I remember him ever wearing his glasses for a presser before.
Must have been to hide the deer in the headlights look I saw in his eyes in the 4th quarter Saturday.
Hate it for the guy but damn .... he sorta made his own bed on this one. I truly hope he has the backbone and stamina and ability to turn it around in a hurry.

One thing I have heard about him over and over again is that he is very driven towards being perfect in terms of planning and .... you know what, it may be a psychological thing the more I think about it. He may be a little bit obsessed and a little too driven towards perfection and that may be the issue here.
It just hit me but Tanner was that way for a long time until he learned to loosen up and have more fun. When Tanner learned that he won championships. He knew recruiting, but he had to learn to coach players who see things from a different perspective than does a coach's son.
And after this game he said something indicative of a humbling of sorts. Perhaps this was a turning point, who knows. I'm just spit balling here but who knows.
I don't hold much hope but I am pulling for him.
He needs some lucky breaks. We need some lucky breaks. Somehow he has to get those young men believing in him and playing for him rather than for themselves.
