Word is he will be fired today.
Not sure I believe it though. Seems like they would wait until after Florida since we don't have a game the next weekend.

Not just CBS. Basically every insider has said Beamer will be the coach in 27 regardless of what happens in 26.
We’ll see what happens. I can’t imagine he stays if we start getting blown out every game

One work around the money issue is keeping Beamer as HC in title only. Take away all his power and elevate OC with all the decision making authority. You could even put Beamer in the box and keep him off the sidelines. If Beamer doesn't like it he can always resign

I can't remember if it was right after UK completed the comeback to take the lead or they were very close. But there was a mid-game interview and Beamer was asked, more or less, what we should do. His answer
"Just keep doing what we're doing."

It was at the beginning of the 4th. I blew up at home on that interview... it was a wildly stupid answer
