Now that the dust has settled on the 2019 class, I was wondering how many spots teams currently had for 2020. Did Alabama end up filling their class? How about A&M? I thought I read that they were showing a guy or two had signed who didn't.

For LSU, we maxed out with 25 commits this year, so we will only be able to take 25 again next year.

Last I saw Mowry still looks like he'll sign. Not looking as good for Ellison, but I guess we'll see.

Everything I've read so far has said about 22-23 in 2020 for A&M.

Florida has room for 28 again next year. Like this year I doubt we fill all of them and settle at 25-26.

Are you saying A&M is intentionally planning to under sign? Is it projecting to be a down year for you guys? I'd think if Ellison doesn't sign you'll have at least 26 spots available.

I know we are supposed to have a really low number of scholarship seniors in 2019. I’m sure the final number is dependent on how many transfers we end up having

I think the concern is us staying under the 85 limit, not anything intentional. I think Jimbo wants to get his guys in ASAP ideally

Gotcha. We were in the same boat this year with only 9 true scholarship seniors leaving. We still signed a full class and currently are at 94 total scholarships.

I'll be surprised if Jimbo didn't sign a full class simply to avoid some attrition from the back end of the roster.

27 spots available for Bama right now.

Bama is likely to take a grad transfer TE this year, which will reduce the spots for next year to 26.

I dont know why LSU gave out the final spots to a few projects when they could have used them on signing more studs in the 2020 class. 2020 class is loaded

In looking at our possibilities. It’s looking like we have a better chance to kill it in ‘21 vs ‘20 based on some early crystal balls and some rumblings I’ve heard. If that’s the case. I hope we keep it at 22/23 for ‘20.

We have 6 seniors on the roster, and none are starters. We will have to have serious attrition and players going pro early to get to 18.
