I can't help it if you don't know the difference between present and past tense, my guy.

Should have been more clear. There are numerous reasons that Herman is gone, and Fisher is only a part of it. He pissed off the boosters, got waxed in recruiting anything besides skill players, and continued to lose to OU every year.

But it wasn't OU that killed him. It was losses to TCU, OkSU, etc that doomed him. The infamous losses to Maryland became an Internet meme.

Actually I do. The way your fans treated him is beyond words. Some of the most hateful, vicious fans I've seen at both the professional and college level. Even my booster friends think Texas fans are terrible

And I'm sure all of that is true. Lol. I agree that Mack should've left on better terms, I can concede that. But stop acting like we treated him like OJ Simpson. That is beyond melodramatic.

Wasn't Kevin Sumlin one of the best coaches in A&M history in terms of winning percentage? Did the aggies treat him with love and affection on his way out? You could say it was the same way people have treated players over Sul Ross. I thought the way your fans treated those poor kids was "beyond words". Some of the most hateful, vicious fans I've seen at both the professional and college level.

Even my aggie alumni friends think A&M fans are delusional cultish freaks that have a never-ending axe to grind with Texas.

Holy shite you are still going on about us?

Texas just hired a retread Saban Special when none of the rest of those have previously done well.

You have something to worry about other than Aggy for once.

I’m not delusional.
We are a cult.
That axe is double-sided; any horn who tries to maintain that their people aren’t equally abhorrent towards Aggies is being disingenuous.

Winning, ya say?

Expectations through the roof over there in Texas, huh?

Sark is the best head coach hire at Texas this century.

Well, the only other hires made by Texas's football program since 2000 have been Charlie Strong and Tom Herman (assuming that poster meant current century. So the barometer has not been set tremendously high in that regard

I would agree that Sarkisian is far and away the best hire the horns have made since Mack Brown.
Now they just need to step back and give the guy 5 years or so to turn around the program.
