They should go get an older guy past his prime whose steady and boring to settle things down. Go for a Kirk Ferentz, or Jimbo Fisher, or maybe bring Rick Neuheisel back into coaching.

Pruitt was fired with a cause! Tennessee doesn't have to pay his buyout!

That will be litigated for a very long time, which means those funds will be locked up for a very long time.
