Kirby still should have played Fields after Fromm defecated all over the field in Baton Rouge.

Anyone who thinks UGA wouldn’t have been better with Fields than without over the last couple seasons isn’t being reasonable.

I agree with you about Clemson but Fields was nearly flawless in that game against a good team. He's got it in him to be elite when he's got a great supporting cast, but as others have said, consistency seems to be a problem.

He was able to sit in a clean pocket and throw to his primary read a lot in that game. His receivers had really good separation. He has nice touch when he is comfortable with the target. Going to be a lot harder in the pros. He has all the physical tools. It is going to come down to his ability to humble himself and not rely solely on his physical gifts.

I can't blame him for going to a better team that immediately made him the starter.

I bet Mac Jones wishes he’d have done this.

Abandoning the run game in Baton Rouge is why we lost. Cheney was done after that.

Mac obviously made a great decision to wait his turn and it paid off with a NC. But then again it was Alabama. :)

He didn't even make it through the conclusion of his true freshman season to decide to quit and leave.

And we were technically his second school. He quit on Ped State before he even got there.

There's a highlight for any NFL scouting report.

DidI mention our 5th string QB did better against Bama than the Generational Talent (sic)?
