I went from being indifferent on who won the SB this year to actively pulling for the Chiefs after Shanahan and Garoppolo were joking last week about the 28-3 collapse.

Only 3 times in Super Bowl history has a team lead by 10+ in the 4th quarter and lost.
XLIX - Patriots come back to beat Seattle with Dan Quinn as DC.
LI - Patriots come back to beat Atlanta with Quinn as HC and Kyle Shanahan as OC
LIV - Chiefs come back to beat SF with Shanahan as HC.
Anyone else see a common thread?

LMAO no joke. He could have given him the ball late in the 4th in 2 games and had 2 rings.
I'm at peace with SB LI now. It'll be a ring we should have had, and that will sting. It sucks to be attached to 28-3.
However, I feel like the organization will now be able to move on and make a few more pushes with Matt & Julio to lift a Lombardi.

I think Shanahan is a really great coach but man it is going to be hard for him to change this "choker" stigma. Would be very hard for me as a player to rally behind him.
ETA But Andy Reid had a similar stigma and obviously it worked out for him
