So not only is Bama actually starting to field a baseball team and their mens hoops is better, but an upset here will have the tide out in force.

If any sport on the Capstone is doing poorly, generally you only had to look at the women’s basketball team and feel better about your own team

There was noticeable improvement from the previous season. I don't have any high expectations going forward, though. SEC baseball is just too damn good for us to break through in any meaningful way.

Considering what Alabama football looked like when I was growing up, I'm elated beyond reason that an 11-2 season is disappointing. I'd have given up fricking my sister for a year for that kind of record after 2000.
