Baton Rouge law enforcement is lax as hell...I know from having lived in Metairie for almost two years...compare that to Florida law enforcement.

Obviously LSU, but they're notorious for never making/holding their players accountable... on those very rare occasions when they do, they let teammates mete out the punishments.
