That no-call on Mekowulu that finished with a 3 on the other end, while Mekowulu was still down after getting mercilessly hacked on his way up, was just weird. Basketball is hard to call, but that was just a really odd miss.
And I don't know who these commentators are, but they are just pretty much openly rooted for the Gamecocks. It's odd.

It was a big swing no doubt. I've just given up getting upset over SEC basketball refs. They are god awful and haven't made any improvement since we joined the conference. I fully expect them to be terrible for all of eternity.

I mean... Mekowulu was just blatantly held while he was going for a rebound that ended up going out of bounds. It was right in front of two different refs. Easy call and they don't do shite. That's pretty much par for the course with SEC refs. It's almost impressive how bad they are.

It blows when your team suffers from a bad call, but it's not the other team's fault. That's how I see it. Both teams just play to win.
