I thought it was pretty funny. I have had these thoughts. It would be good for Florida if Georgia won, but I still can't root for you guys. I thought I could last year and I was kind of pulling for Georgia until you started winning and I was like oh hell no, COME ON BAMA!!!!
I did enjoy that drive in the 2nd quarter where you were running the ball on them at will. Rarely can you do that vs Bama.
So good luck to the Dawgs but I won't be rooting for you.

If Bama wins another one it's whatever at this point. If Georgia wins it's their first in almost 40 years.

This is a great post. Perfectly sums up the conflicting emotions of being a fan.

True. I will admit that I was a "fan for a day" when texass played USC for the NC. Family is split about 60/40 with 40% UT fans. Thought I would be gracious and let them enjoy the moment.
Fast forward to texass vs Bama. Did not do this for the NC game vs Bama after hearing about that drunk VY waaaaay too many times. Pulled for Bama and glad they won.
Had texass played ND, Penn St, or Ohio St it would have been a tough call on who I wanted to win.

Just reading the article suggests to me that they're playing on the whole "Bama fatigue" and "everyone wants to bring down Goliath" things. Not begging, just having fun.
