Bama vs A&M Vegas line has moved to Bama -27.5

Thoughts?
I'm tempted to take Bama and lay the points in my pick em league because....Bama, but holy cow that's a huge line against a Jimbo led team that showed some fight playing Clemson.

And honestly, a lot of people see Clemson's offense as somewhat mediocre this season, so it could be a reaction to Texas A&M giving up almost 30 to them than anything else.

Alabama is -17.5 vs Texas A&M? They'll win, but no way they cover that! Alabama wins by 19.

Come on, 19.5 @ Vanderbilt? Vanderbilt is playing well - it'll be low scoring, maybe 14-17. Alabama wins by 59.
28.5 vs Ole Miss? Ole Miss isn't THAT bad are they? Alabama wins by 63

I dunno, 23.5 vs Louisville? Louisville will score a few points, that's kind of ridiculous. Alabama wins by 37

Not a betting man, but if I were, I would take A&M. That said, I am almost always wrong, so if you are a betting man, take Alabama.

That said, I have no idea how people bet on these games with lines - especially early in the season. So many "first" things for teams in the first 3-4 weeks. This is A&M's first road game, it's our first SEC home game, etc etc.

Bama is also 35-34 ATS (just over 50%) since 08 at home and 43-26 away/neutral.
Hope it keeps moving up, I'll take 4TDs or more and fade the public.

This A&M game is classified as a trap game for betting.
The real line should be about 18-20, not 27.

It must be that Clemson is in the ACC?
