White beans slow cooked in chicken broth w/ garlic & pepper jack smoked sausage over rice & Mexican cornbread. And lots of Axis IPA to wash it down.

Tomorrow is my SuperBowl!
I was Born in Alabama (mobile) to a mother & father who both went to AU as well as Gparents, uncles & cousins but moved to Louisiana (Mandeville) as a teenager and ended up at Louisiana @ Lafayette for college. For almost 20 years this is the game that has mattered more to me then any other. I live in Texas now (2 years) and have grown a disdain for a&m but not like my hatred for LSU.
It’s crazy because Saints fans are awesome and welcoming to tourists from other teams to Nola. But LSU fans (who are almost always saints fans) are just nasty, rude, arrogant drunks and I’m friends with so many. We need this win, I need this win.

I’ve lived in TX for a number of years after living throughout the SE and I’ve come to hate A&M as well. These clowns have no place in my opinion in the SEC

Probably not much. I have been battling reflux. I think it was the Bulliet bourbon I have been drinking.

Im about tomthrow a 9lb pork butt on the smoker, coleslaw, bacon cheddar dip, fridge stcoked with beers and have plenty of whisky if reinforcements are needed. Hopefully it will be a blow out and I can get by on a six pack between kick off and the postgame show. Its on CBS so should, have plenty of commercials to get six down.

Wings, conecuh, white cans, and lots of water. It is going to be hot today.

Also a FYI for those of you going into the game. You are allowed to take a clear empty water bottle into the stadium. There should be water refilling stations (free) every 3rd section.

Starch foods and Gatorade. If I'm lucky there will be enough service to stream the game on my phone while charging it in my car since my brand new generator is a POS.
