In a long time?
I've been calling for his head since Michigan, but trust me, there were no rumors come last Sunday.
I knew he had issues with the UAA, but this was seriously a one week and he is gone thing.
How bad were things with him and the UAA he didn't even get to finish out the season? Whatever happened behind closed doors must have been absolutely brutal. I mean a week ago everyone assumed he got a fourth year. Now he is gone...Jesus christ.

The relationship was that bad. They were clearly looking for a way out and Mac gave them the window of opportunity on Monday.

It's right there with Les. Mac had no reports of being outed, at Least Les had a lead up to it some what.

They're trying to fire him with cause, so I wouldn't be so sure he's getting that money.

The 'for cause" talk was stupid. It had no legal basis. But, it drew lines in the dirt.

LSU fans had been clamoring for miles to be fired for years, and he had some self inflicted issues. Wasn’t that surprising all things considered. Hiring O is more shocking.
