I think we have a great defensive system, the best in the country. Sam knows this and he knows Tray, this would be a good hire for arky.

Sucks to lose him, but that's the price of having quality coaches working as assistants.
Kirby's hiring track record makes it less worrisome, but Tray Scott has been that dude for us. The days of lackluster DL play from UGA feel like a distant memory.

Good for him, I would HATE to lose CTS, he has identified and really developed some absolute studs on the DL

Dude has an eye for talent and develops linemen extremely well. Helluva DL coach.

We won't make it easy to leave ($$$)
But I can imagine him liking the idea of working for pittboss and working in Fayetteville. It would be a good step up for his career.

Scott born in arkansas. Played/coached, got his masters at arkansas tech.

Hope we keep him. He is really good. If he leaves there is nothing we can do about it, though.

This is defense we’re talking about. Recruiting the appropriate caliber of athlete is 90% of it. The other 10% is making sure they play hard and smart.
