He found out Oklahoma was going to be in the west with Bama. Can't blame him.

STFU. This is the time of the year coaches get hired and fired. He doesn't get hired in May or September dufus.

OK. You are right. Forgot Jim's one year as coach
You forgot a few besides Tatum.
Biff Jones left to go to Nebraska.
Tom Stidham left to go to Marquette.
And of course Vernon Parrington left to go be an English prof at Washington.

Maybe pay him more and give him all the resources he wants/needs to keep up with the SEC.
Or else you’ll have shite like this happen. OU is a destination job. Nobody leaves that job unless they are unhappy. OU is responsible for this. Not Riley
Don't forget OU lost to OSU! That was the turning point!

Sounds like OU fans are scrambling for a pre-excuse for falling flat on their face during the coming conference transition. This is LSU level 5D chess excuse making, bravo.
Right, Riley decided to leave for USC just so OU fans would have an excuse if we struggle in the SEC.
Are you just trolling or do you believe the crap you say?

I just read a report that OU top target is Kliff Kingsbury. Would link but it’s on Facebook so no link.
Saw that but it makes no sense. Kingsbury has a Super Bowl contending team that might still be undefeated with a healthy Murray.

Since OU started playing football, well before statehood, no head football coach has ever left OU for another school. Fairbanks went to New England before going to Colorado.
LR was the first. Bless his heart
I wish LR the same success that Francione had when he left 'Bama.

It's setting up nicely for both OU and UTex both to get steamrolled in the SEC.

Stoops handed off because he got caught covering up the Joe Mixon tape
stop trying to make it sound better
No, he left because had he stayed he was going to have to fire his brother.
He also lost some fire towards the end as is normal.

Yeah. Even more evidence that this was a frick up by OU administration. Whoever the AD is needs to be seriously questioned about how he let this happen
That is Joe Castiglione. He is one of the best AD's in the history of college sports.

Also LSU got boomeranged!

It is a blessing for y’all at OU. Riley doesn’t give a shite about defense and he wouldn’t be successful in the SEC with that mindset. Glad that OU will be in the conference soon.

What about Mark Stoops?

He's coming back for the bowl game.

This certainly takes the sting out of last night. I'm always up for misery from OU, LSU, and most especially Texas. Two out of three isn't bad with one coaching hire

It's pretty hilarious he chose southern california over Baton Rouge. Who does that?
