So it appears he's scared to coach in the SEC one way or another. Not going to LSU is one thing but his status quo was Oklahoma. That's a better job than USC and they can easily pay what he desires plus it's better financially from a tax standpoint.

Looks like he Conceded he has an easier shot to the playoff in the Pac 12 than the SEC (which he currently enjoys in the Big 12)

So that should tell you that LSU didn’t offer him. If usc offered 8 million and LSU offered 12 mill plus factor in cali tax rate, Riley is turning down 5 to 6 million? I highly doubt it

At least LSU tries to sell their job. We on the other hand, we don’t even make coaches say no. Or pony up what it costs to win.

We just hire whatever trash is sitting out on curbs.
